1 DEAL IS NOT YET A BUSINESS

About 5 to 10 years ago, I have read books and listening to some speeches about entrepreneurial principles and approaches applied by some people and institutions in running their businesses. One that I remember related with this NOTE OF TODAY is the following principle: “ONE transaction is NOT YET a business, it is just ‘ONE transaction’. When REPEAT orders for SEVERAL transactions are made, then the business is started”.

Main idea of that principle is that we SHOULD NOT SATISFY TOO EARLY in doing the business just by one success deal and delivery. The real evidence for “high quality leading to high satisfaction” of our customers are their repeat orders of services from us. Remember, to make “that (repeat orders)” happen, we should do anything necessary to deliver high quality services.

The above principle is highly applicable in running a consulting business just like LebSolution. And we in LebSolution has proven it very well as shown in the below figure that showing the numbers of project count for several main clients.

In average, within the 4.5 years of operation, the average repeat order per client is about 3-4 projects. This is a very good numbers for a startup such as LebSolution. Thanks to all of our clients for your trust to us.

Ssssttt… I am just whispering… the chart proved that we have delivered a high quality services to the clients, and we can do the same for you, he he he.
