Like other Major Hazard Industry, PERTAMINA is believing that Risk Management – towards Safety, Process Safety, Health, Security, Social, and Environment, is one of the main pillars or “Core Values” in running its businesses.
SUPREME (Sustainability PERTAMINA Expectations for HSSE Management Excellence) is considered as one of the most important tool for PERTAMINA to ensure a sustainable and responsible operations, by growing and conducting its business in Harmony with Human welfare and environment protection (People, Planet, and Profit). SUPREME is designed to provide guidance to all leader and “Insan PERTAMINA” to implement and inculcate HSSE value within all PERTAMINA Operations. One of the tool within PERTAMINA SUPREME is “Bow Tie Concept/ Analysis”.
Therefore, as important part of PERTAMINA, Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Sub-Holding Upstream has demonstrated its commitment in ensuring quality implementation of SUPREME by organizing “MAH-BOWTIE-SECE Training” for its employees. Two batches of training sessions were carried out in August 2020 through MS Teams application (online training and workshop session).
Alhamdulillah, LebSolution has been challenged, selected, and trusted to facilitate delivery of those two batches MAH-BOWTIE-SECE training for PHE Sub-Holding Upstream, which were conducted Online (due to Covid-19 pandemi constraint). The two sessions were attended by 48 participants from several subsidiary companies under PHE (Holding, WMO, ONWJ, Jambi Merang, NSB-NSO, OSES, Siak, Randu Gunting, Ogan Komering & Raja Tempirai, Nunukan, Kampar, and Abar).
Training participants have given very positive comments about the overall training implementations. Around 93.2% of participant “Strongly Agree” and “Agree” towards the positive indicators in given in the feedback form. The training increases their capability in using the Bowtie methodology. The facilitators (Lukmanul Hakim, Adam M. Musthafa, and Beny Destiawan) presentation was very good and knowledgeable so the training atmosphere was lively and interactive. The group activities also very interesting and attractive through online training session.
