Hope all of us, whatever our role is in the hazardous facilities, can be a good process safety leader in its true meaning. Process Safety Management is just a system. A system is run by human. And human act is driven by his/her behavior.
Thus, “proper behavior” is one of COMPETENCY that has to be acquired by all leaders in hazardous facilities organization.
