“KOMPETEN” (Competency) is one of AKHLAK Core Values anchored in all Indonesia Government Own Company (BUMN), where it commits and promises to apply continuous learning and continuous capability development.
Pertamina Subholding Upstream, Regional-4, Zona 13 (Donggi Matindok Gas Field), as one of BUMN, has strongly demonstrated its effort in pursuing realization of that KOMPETEN core value in its operation, by seriously providing Process Safety & Asset Integrity (PSAIM) training for most of their workforces. Three (3) batches of 3 days training session per batch, have been conducted within the last 3 months (Mar-May 2023) for more than 150 personnel. This is one of evidence that in Zona 13, “Competency Development is Not A Mtyth”.
